Penguin's Food
Penguins eat krill, squids, and fishes. Penguins are carnivores.
Penguin's Anatomy
Since a penguin is a bird, it shares the same body parts: a head with two eyes, two ears and a bill (beak), two wings (called flippers), two legs and a billion small feathers.
Baby Penguins!
-Baby penguins look fluffy because they haven’t grown their second, sleeker layer of feathers.
-Baby Penguins are called Chicks. Baby penguins look fluffy because they haven’t grown their second, sleeker layer of feathers.
-Baby penguin chicks will use their beaks to break through the shell once they are ready to hatch. Normally a penguin chick will stay with its parents for around six months, gradually learning how to look after itself.
Penguin Habitat
Penguin habitats include oceans and coasts. They generally live on islands and remote continental regions with few land predators, where their inability to fly is not a disadvantage to their survival.
